Beantrader Latinum version 3.8.12 is a bugfix release.

The most important changes are listed in this document.

### Charts
   * Added option to display date/time values in UTC or local time
   * Fixed Dot chart dot color not changing with color scheme
   * Fixed mouse hit test used when moving horizontal line markers.
     This fixes issues moving stop loss orders, take profit orders,
     pending entry orders, and price alerts from the chart

### Trading
   * FXCM
      * Fixed attaching new limit orders to trades. This change allows
        adding a limit order to trades that were opened without one
      * Fixed risk label not recalculated in mini order ticket, and
        order ticket when a different account is selected
