Beantrader Latinum version 3.8.9 is a bugfix release.

### Charts
   * Fixed potential crash in autoscaling algorithm
   * Fixed update of studies price scale labels displayed in sub-charts
   * Enabled Second intervals; s1, s2, s3, s4, s6, s12, s20
   * Enabled Minute intervals; m2, m3, m4, m6, m10, m12, m20 in all
     editions
   * Enabled 12 Hour (H12) interval in all editions
   * Changed symbol linking to also sync the data feed
   * Changed alerts created from the chart to match the charts current
     price field (Mid, Bid or Ask only)

### Drawing
   * Fixed Horizontal Ray tool label, keep it within the viewable area

### Studies
   * Improved interactive editing of price alerts from charts using
     the price alert study

### Trading
   * FXCM
      * Changed Market Entry widget to not reset amount, stop and
        limit values when the selected account is changed, or the
        broker connection is interrupted

   * Added support for Mid price alerts
   * Improved performance testing price alerts against price updates
