   * Added Binance US (BINANCEUS) data feed, this feed offers USD pairs
   * Added Binance Jersey (BINANCEJE) data feed, this feed offers EUR
     and GBP pairs
   * Fixed OKEx and OKCoin data feeds
   * Updated Binance and BTC Markets data feed

### Quotes Sidebar
   * Added option to hide the mini order ticker, this allows you to
     shrink the width of the sidebar even more
