• Fixed OKEX, HBUS, OKCOIN feeds, required due to changes by exchanges

• Fixed missing daily chart data for BITZ

• Fixed missing H4, H8, H12 chart data for BITBANK

• Update COINCAP to use the new CoinCap API 2.0 service

• Update KUCOIN to use KuCoin’s Platform 2.0 v1 API
